Overview
Nicole Habina is an associate attorney at the firm's Miami office where she primarily focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, premises liability litigation, admiralty and maritime law, and products liability litigation.
Ms. Habina earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami where she majored in Political Science Pre-Law and double minored in English and Criminology. Ms. Habina went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Habina was involved in various organizations, including American Inn of Court for the Charleston County Bar, Trial Advocacy Team, MALABU Maritime Journal, Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, Women in Law Society, Maritime Legal Society, and was also a teaching assistance fellow for Evidence and Legal Research and Writing (LRAW). Ms. Habina was also awarded the Charleston School of Law Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award for her exceptional commitment to pro bono work.
In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Habina gained practical experience through her internships, including a prestigious role with the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and boutique personal injury law firms in Miami.
Ms. Habina is a results-oriented attorney and is dedicated to providing diligent representation of her clients.
Ms. Habina is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
