Klyde Bedford is an associate in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Bedford's primary focus is in the area of First Party Property.
Mr. Bedford was born in Cherry Point, North Carolina, but spent a majority of his childhood living in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where his parents were born and where most of his family still resides. Mr. Bedford received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Minor in Spanish from Florida International University in 2018. In 2021, Mr. Bedford received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law.
During his time in law school, Mr. Bedford was selected for a competitive fellowship program in which he worked as a research assistant for Professor Charles Jalloh, one of 34 members of the International Law Commission, which a subsidiary organ of the United Nations dedicated to the codification and progressive development of international law.
Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Bedford continued working as Professor Jalloh's research assistant, and also gained experience as a paralegal and legal assistant at the Law Offices of Alejandro A. Zamora.
