Overview
Kennedy Kimble was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Georgia State University for her undergraduate studies where she earned her B.A. in International Economics and Modern Languages.
Ms. Kimble later attended Florida State University for law school. During her time at Florida State, Ms. Kimble became very active on campus. She worked as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, served as Staff Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, served as V.P. of the Transfer Student Organization, and participated in BLSA Mock Trial team, which placed first in the Southern Region during her year.
At CSK, Ms. Kimble practices with a focus on all aspects of employment and labor law, including discrimination, retaliation, FLSA, FMLA, whistleblower, wage and hour, breach of contract, and non-compete agreements. She also defends claims involving premises liability, personal injury and products liability as well as other general liability issues.
Prior to joining CSK, Ms. Kimble clerked for a personal injury firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and for the United States Department of Transportation in Baltimore, Maryland.
