Gregory, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a specialization in Sustainability. Thereafter, he attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law where he graduated cum laude. During his time in law school, Gregory made several appearances on the Dean's List and received the highest-grade designation in the Health Care Law Seminar and Construction Law.
For most of his law school career, Gregory was a clerk at a law firm that specialized in first-party property insurance litigation for the plaintiffs. During his time there, Gregory primarily dealt with pre-litigation matters such as pre-suit settlement demands and civil remedy notices and worked with a variety of companies and individuals who sought payment for property insurance claims. As a result, Gregory received valuable insight as to how both sides of first-party property insurance litigation operate.
