Overview
Genevieve P. Rupelli is a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. She practices in the areas of premises liability, negligent security, vehicular negligence, general litigation, construction defects, trucking defense, product liability, marine/admiralty, hospitality industry defense, banking and finance, medical malpractice and professional malpractice.
Ms. Rupelli earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a concentration in International Law. She received an honorary distinction for her pro bono services for her work with human rights organizations. Ms. Rupelli served as the Student Director for the Inter-American Center for Human Rights at NSU.
Ms. Rupelli is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the South Broward County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. In 2012-2018, Ms. Rupelli was recognized by her peers as a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star.
