Connor R. Holzknecht is an accomplished Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., based in the Fort Lauderdale East Office. He specializes in the Property Group and General Liability Group, focusing on a diverse range of litigation fields. His expertise encompasses personal injury claims, products liability, premises liability, negligent security, automobile and trucking claims defense, as well as first-party property claims for both residential and commercial properties.
A proud South Florida native, Mr. Holzknecht was born and raised in Broward County. He pursued his undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with honors in 2015. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Florida International University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2018. During law school, Mr. Holzknecht demonstrated a strong commitment to community service, particularly in low-income neighborhoods, by participating in the Community Lawyering Clinic, which focused on family stability.
After completing law school, Mr. Holzknecht served as an Assistant Public Defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience while continuing his dedication to assisting low-income communities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holzknecht has been fortunate to work in three of the thirteen offices maintained by Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. across Florida, including Bonita Springs and both Fort Lauderdale West and East offices. His varied experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, making him a trusted advocate for his clients in the civil litigation arena.
