Avishai Baynash

Avishai Baynash is an associate in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Baynash primarily focuses his practice on Commercial Trucking, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Premises Liability. Mr. Baynash attended law school at Hofstra University in New York where he cultivated a keen interest in tort law and personal injury practice. He earned the book award in that class and later served as a teaching assistant. While in law school, Mr. Baynash served as a staff member and editor on Hofstra University's Journal of International Business and Law. He authored a student note on the tort law implications of data breach litigation and state laws governing cybersecurity.

Mr. Baynash moved to Florida after law school to begin his career with Cole, Scott, & Kissane. Outside of work, Mr. Baynash enjoys spending time outdoors and volunteering.
