Overview
Austin Holzknecht is a civil litigator who focuses his practice in the following areas: business/commercial litigation; employment discrimination and retaliation complaints/investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as related employment disputes; professional malpractice; condominium and homeowners association litigation; first-party property litigation; and defamation litigation.
Austin Holzknecht obtained his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Austin was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review and participated in the Litigation Skills Program. Prior to practicing law, Austin was a Law Clerk for a prominent Civil Litigation firm, he interned for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office, and he completed an internship for a United States Congressman, working in Washington D.C. at the Capitol Building.
