David Harrigan is a partner in the firm's Orlando office. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation in areas including personal injury, premises liability and construction defects, as well as representation of clients in general commercial litigation matters.
David Harrigan is a Central Florida native, and he graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York, where he was actively involved as a Board member of the Moot Court Honor Society, represented Syracuse University on several national trial teams and served as a research assistant to Professor Travis H.D. Lewin. During his years of practice, and prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Harrigan concentrated his practice on litigating issues involving premises liability, complex commercial and construction matters.
Mr. Harrigan is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
